Job boards make you do the work over and over — tailoring resumes, writing cover letters, refreshing portals at 2am for roles that ghost you. Upload your resume once. Every week, our algorithm finds the role that fits — not the one you happened to stumble across. Up to 5 quality introductions, not hundreds of rejections.
How it works
You do the work once. The algorithm does the rest.
No cover letters. No tailoring resumes per job. No refreshing portals. Three steps, then we take over.
Tell us what matters
Upload your resume — PDF or plain text. The system extracts your skills, experience, and trajectory. No forms. No keyword games. If you have a resume, you have everything you need.
We do the work
An optional AI conversation surfaces what a resume can't — what kind of team you thrive on, what work energizes you, how you handle disagreement. This is not a test. It's context the algorithm uses to find better fits.
You hear when it matters
Every Sunday, the algorithm runs a market-wide optimization. If there are strong matches for you, you'll get up to 5 introductions — each with the job description and a direct line to the hiring manager. No matches? No noise.
Transparency
We'd rather be honest than optimistic.
Most platforms promise you the world and deliver spam. Here's how our matching cycle actually works — including the parts other platforms wouldn't tell you.
The sigmoid curve
Your matching priority follows a sigmoid decay. In the first few weeks, the algorithm treats you as high-priority — you'll see your best matches early. Over roughly 10 weeks of active engagement, priority gradually decreases. This isn't a trick. It's how a market works: the best pairings happen early, and diminishing returns are real.
Why this is good for you
The sigmoid means you won't linger on the platform forever getting low-quality matches. If you haven't found a role after 10 weeks, the right move might be updating your resume, adjusting your preferences, or re-entering the pool fresh. You can pause and restart anytime — the clock resets when you do.
What we assess
Skills, not pedigree.
Every weight in the algorithm traces to peer-reviewed research. Here's what moves the needle — and what doesn't.
Skills over credentials
Demonstrated skills are 5x more predictive of job performance than degrees. We weight what you can do, not where you went to school.
— McKinsey, 2024
Culture add, not culture fit
We score for the perspective you bring to a team — not how well you mirror the existing group. Diverse teams produce 35% more innovative output.
— HBR / McKinsey research
Structured assessment
Structured interviews have the highest predictive validity of any hiring method. No trick questions. No brain teasers. Real questions about real work.

FAQ
Questions you should ask.
How long does it take to get matched?
Most candidates see their first match within 1–3 weeks. The algorithm runs every Sunday, so timing depends on when you join and what roles are in the pool. Strong matches happen early — the system is designed that way.
Why do I have to wait for matches?
Because the alternative is showing you garbage. A monkey with a dartboard could give you matches in seconds. You've already tried that. It's called Indeed. Our algorithm evaluates every candidate and every role simultaneously. That takes the full picture, and the full picture takes a week.
What if I don't get matched?
It means there isn't a strong enough match in the current pool. We'd rather send you nothing than waste your time with a bad fit. As more employers join, the pool deepens. You can also update your resume or AI chat to surface new signal.
Can I pause my profile?
Yes. Pause anytime from your dashboard. When you unpause, your sigmoid clock resets — you re-enter as high-priority. Use this if you need a break or want to re-enter the market fresh.
Is it really free?
Yes. Candidates never pay. Not now, not later, not through hidden upsells. Employers pay for placements. You are the product we deliver to them — but we deliver you respectfully, with your consent, up to 5 introductions at a time.
Why can't I browse job listings?
By design. TalentSync isn't a job board — it's a matching engine. Letting candidates browse and self-select creates the same gaming, keyword-stuffing, and spray-and-pray behavior that makes other platforms noisy. You upload a standard resume, the algorithm finds what fits. No tweaking, no tailoring, no refresh loops.
Matching runs Sunday. Results Monday.
